Bishop graduated Hannibal High School in 1986 and has a Bachelor of Science in Disciplinary Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice Administration.
Bishop Fessenden began in ministry in 1985. He married Pastor Julie Fessenden in 1988 and they have 3 sons Timothy, Andrew and Matthew.
Bishop and Pastor Fessenden have served in nursing homes, jails and prisons, Sunday school teaching, music and media, associate and administrative pastors and now serve New Life as senior pastors.
Bishop & Pastor Fessenden came to New Life in 2010 and are looking forward to many more years to come.
